1. Select Maintenance>Vendors Directory>Add More Vendors From Masterlist
2. Select the Create New Company button
3. Complete as many details as possible on the Create New Company card, ensuring to place a check in the Allow Maintenance Requests to be Assigned to this Vendor box, and to complete the Additional Contact Info section.
The reason the Company Information isn't automatically loaded into the Building Specific Information sections is that there are vendors who might have one Head Office location but the person who is responsible to undertake the repairs for suburb A might not be the same person as in suburb B, so you need to ensure you have the correct contact details loaded for your site.
4. Add your Vendor Compliance Information by selecting Yes against Track Vendor Compliance. Once you have selected Yes, your contractor will automatically be registered as Compliant. You may then add specific compliance information by using the Add buttons against the respective compliance types.
5. Save!
You can also add Site Induction information by:
1. Selecting the View/Edit button against your vendor
2. Scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the Add Site Induction button within the Notes field
