Override Amenity reservation rules:

1. Click on 
2. Click on ‘Special Permissions’ down the bottom


 
The top section is related to Reservations


The second row 'Allow Override of Advance-Reservations limits' is used to include staff or user types who will be allowed to book amenities further into the future than the rules allow.


The third row 'Allow override of per-unit Frequency-Allocation limits' is used to include staff or user types who will be allowed to book amenities more often than is allowed, for example BBQ pits may only be allowed 1 per month, but users in this list are allowed to book as frequently as they like.


The fourth row ‘All Override of Minimum Advance Notice Limits’ is used to include staff or user types who will be allowed to book amenities with less than the minimum advance notice for use of a facility.


To add users or user types to the list:

1. Select the   button next to the row that you are interested in changing.


2. A small table will display beneath the heading. This will show existing users or user types that have the authority to override this section.


3. Select ‘+ Add New User’


4. To add an individual employee, click on the drop-down box 'Select an Employee'


5. To add a certain user type, click on 'Select a User Type'


6. Make your selection


7. On the right-hand side, locate the 'Permission setting' column


8. Select the 'Can override .. ' radio button


9. Select 'Save' or select 'Cancel' to discard


If you need to edit or delete a permission from a person or user type, click the appropriate button from the right of the table - either Edit or Delete.
