Edit Special Email Groups

To edit or remove Special Email Groups follow these steps:

 

1. Click on the Communicate Tab.

 

 

2. In the middle of the page (not the list that shows on the button) you will see Manage Special Email Groups. Click on this button.

 


3. Find the group that you want to edit or remove, and click the Edit button to the left.

 

 

4. If you want to remove it altogether, click the Inactive button at the head of the form, otherwise to edit, find the occupant you wish to remove and click the remove link. You can also add new people as required from here.

 


5. Don't forget to click Save when you are done!
