How to Place a Reservation

How to place a reservation request for a facility

 

1. Log into BuildingLink using your unique user name and password that you have been issued. Contact Support if you need these details provided to you again

2. Click on the Amenity Reservations button in the middle of the page.

3. Add New Reservation and select the amenity you wish to place a booking for from the menu.

 

4. Select the correct date and time.

5. Ensure that your contact details are complete and accurate. Amend if necessary.

6. Click Save.

7.  To see the status of your reservation, click View My Reservations.

If your reservation is awaiting management approval, it will display as Requested.

When your reservation has been approved, or if it is for a facility that doesn't require management approval, it will show as Reserved/Approved and you will have received an email confirmation of the booking to the email address that was entered into the contact details section above.
