To open an event using ImageR, simply follow these steps:

1. Open GEO app and login (same credentials as you would use in the site

2. Locate ImageR and click into it

3. Get your package you wish to scan in. With ImageR you don’t need to lug the package to desk! No more carrying large packages around

4. Scan! 

5. Select your Event Type

6. Confirm that everything is correct and SAVE!

The notification has now been sent to resident and you are ready to move on to the next package

Please Note:

• You may like to use the Pause button is ImageR is going to pull very quickly, it is best to use the button between packages to eliminate duplicate or incorrect scans
• GEO syncs automatically, but after scanning in a bunch of packages, it’s a good idea to click that Sync button and this will sync everything up to the site

Then once you are ready to close your event using ImageR, all you need to do is:

1. Open ImageR

2. Switch to Close Mode

3. Take that same package you logged in and scan it again

4. Click Close Events

5. A list of all the events for the resident will appear, check off the ones you wish to give away and click “Close”

6. On the next screen you can enter in your “Closing Comment” and then you can capture a Signature straight from the device (if applicable). 

7. Save and now those items are closed out!
